Atlanta Weekend Races: March 13-14, 2010

Girls on the Run Atlanta is starting up a new segment on Wednesdays called “Atlanta Weekend Races” where we will post info and links to some of the races that will be taking place in the upcoming weekend.  Each race we post benefits a worthy cause, so hit the pavement and do something healthy for yourself while helping do good for others as well.

Here are some great races taking place around the Metro Atlanta area this weekend.  Lace up and get going!

  • Tour DeCatur:  8th annual 5K and tot trot, March 13th, downtown Decatur.  Benefitting the Decatur Education Foundation.  For more information and to register, click here.
  • Race to Empower a Bold Community:  5K and Fun Run, March 13, Kennesaw.  Benefitting the Atlanta Beat Soccer Foundation.  For more information and to register, click here.
