Special event at Woodruff Arts Center: Life is What You Make It

Hannah SalwenJoin the Atlanta Girls School (AGS) for a concert and conversation with musician, philanthropist, and author Peter Buffet, at Symphony Hall at the Woodruff Arts Center on January 30, 2011. Mr. Buffet’s concert propels the message of being all you can be and empowering girls. The concert has a strong following among college students and baby boomers and will be sure to draw from the community at large. Daughter and father team Hannah and Kevin Salwen will host the evening on behalf of AGS. Hannah, a student of AGS, and her father are the authors of The Power of Half, an internationally recognized book that celebrates the simple notion of giving back by living with less and features the Salwen family’s journey in doing just that.
