As girls we underestimate our power over our family and loved ones. When we realize we usually are the “glue” that keeps everything together and running is my way of getting lost in myself and clear my head if only for 30 min.

My daughter has had a great learning experience with Girls On the Run. I think she is accomplishing things she did not know she could do. Also, the values they are teaching her weekly, are very helpful for her in every day life!!
